I live near Red Hook and the B71 comes very close to where I live. It would have made my life a lot easier and given that bus a reason to exist. Those extensions would have saved everyone in the neighborhood 10-20 minutes each way every day on a commute to Manhattan. It seems like such a no-brainer...AlexBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18168093686591172292noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5862444008740250372.post-87319947125916266632009-03-25T20:01:00.000-04:002009-03-25T20:01:00.000-04:00correction...I meant ntdprogram.govcorrection...I meant ntdprogram.govbyrdhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12432149550964672010noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5862444008740250372.post-13728374167827625122009-03-25T18:03:00.000-04:002009-03-25T18:03:00.000-04:00$700 for a 10-hr. day is $70/hr., which is dirt-ch...$700 for a 10-hr. day is $70/hr., which is dirt-cheap compared to the $160 it cost the New York City MTA to run one of their buses for one hour back in '07, according to the National Transit Database.

ntdprogram.combyrdhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12432149550964672010noreply@blogger.com
